We carry out the groundwork ourselves, benefitting from our ever increasing fleet of excavators, dumpers, telehandlers, trailers etc. and we have a team of experienced contractors that work with us to complete the build, which is fully managed/supervised by us. We have an extensive knowledge of all aspects of building work, and as such, have spent the last 17 years searching for the best tradesmen in the area, and are confident that we can produce work of the highest standard. Our team is professional, knowledgeable, polite, and reliable. The work we carry out ranges from digging a trial hole, to completing a site of houses. The majority of our work is new build houses/bungalows, but we regularly do extensions, barn conversions, conservatories, and refurbishments. We offer many other services which can be seen on our ‘services’ page. We work closely with architects, structural engineers, drainage consultants, ecologists, highways engineers, planning consultants, building control officers, warranty providers, and surveyors.  It is because of these established relationships that we can offer a ‘one stop shop’ for all building requirements, at a competitive price, coupled with the confidence that solutions for many ‘obstacles’ will be found.

We can quote for as much or as little as is required. Some customers only want a ‘site clearance’, or it may be that a quote for the groundworks is all that’s required. We often quote to a ‘watertight’ stage, which allows the customer time to finalise the internal specification. If the customer is confident that all the internal specification has been chosen, then we can quote for the complete build, including landscaping etc. We are fully insured whilst the build is taking place, up to the point when we hand over the project, this means that you will not need to incur the expense of self-build insurance, since we have comprehensive contract works insurance in place. We charge 0% vat for new builds throughout the process, which could mean that the customer has to borrow less for their dream home, because they won’t need to wait for a completion certificate to re-claim the vat spent.

Based on drawings/specification provided, we will provide an accurate quote. ‘Extras’ will only be added if the specification changes. It is our preference to dig a ‘trial hole’ before quoting for any groundworks, in order to provide an exact quote. Due to experience, we understand that as the build progresses, customers may change their mind about finishes. We are amenable to this, and will strive to achieve the finished product that’s desired. We work closely with kitchen designers, flooring suppliers, joinery shops etc. so as a customer, you can visit these people, change the design/specification, and benefit from our trade discount.
